Term & Conditions

Order when you feel comfortable with the T&C below.
1) Once your order is CONFIRMED, please do payment.
2) Items are reserved for 1 day, if no payment is received, orders will be cancelled and released to the next interested party. If you have any enquires, feel free to email me.
3) Please understand that these items are purchased from distributors, hence items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for another item. We will not be responsible for any complaints / dissatisfaction on product issues. No refunds/cancellations/exchange once payment done.
Therefore, pls feel free to ask me any questions.
4) Wont be responsible of loss of items by normal mail,
hence registered post is strongly recommended.
5) Preorder items needs about 2-3 weeks or earlier to arrive after closing date.
6) Ready stocks will be send out within 3 days after payment made.
7) Self-collection is available only on weekends@near hougang mall under my block 425. Please place ya order before thursday if collection at hougang. Sunday@Orchard MRT after 2pm. All of the collection will be on seller's convenience timing and date. Feel free to email me if theres any urgent orders. Please note that all these self collection location may cancel anytime. But it will be better to opt for post as i may not have the time to meet up. Hope you understand.
